I downloaded bitpim,was able to retrieve pix from phone,but tones/memos don't show up on bitpim screens(yes,I checked them off on Get info screen).Any ideas?

memos and tones should work.
Can you post a bitpim log when you try to get the memos (don't do tones yet it could be huge). Also can you tell me how many memos are in your phone.

I just have 2 test memos on the phone,they show up in "My Sounds" in the vx5200......not sure what you mean by "bitpim log"?

I should mention,the tones screen is just blank(with the little music note background) and the memo screen is shaded unless you press "new memo"...Also,apparently,I can retrieve pictures from the phone, but can't send them. In the phone, I have "computer connection" set to USB. I dragged a photo into bitpim, it shows it sending it to the phone,but it doesn't show up...........
