when i try to load my contacts from the sim it wont load. it says reading sim and it wont do anything else from there. ive tried loading information from different sims but wont work. ive also tried hard resetting with and without a sim in the phone baout 3 times. what should i do?!

When was the last time you backed up your phone using the backup software?
That'll likely be your only option.
