can i reinstall favorite APPS direct from website?!

odd question for you all here.
i have my own site. i just got a SMT5600.
i dont have a problem with installing, uninstalling, reinstalling apps, and then performing a hard reset (is that bad for my new phone?).
i like to test out new programs and stuff.
i was thinking that the apps i install most often, i could put them on my site, and when im away from my desk, i can reinstall them by going to my site from internet explorer from: www.mysite.com/phoneapps/file.cab
is that possible?!

You can install CAB files over-the-air but if the software installs from a desktop installer (an EXE) then you need to install from your PC.
