i have the w550i (3 weeks old) and i had no problems till today. i turned it off and when i tried to turn it back on the only thing i saw was a white screen. it keeps lighting but there's nothing more to see, and i cant turn it off anymore. does someone know how could i bring it back to life?

Same problem here with new Cingular W600i. Hadn't even had the phone 24 hours. *Seems* like problem started after I used Disc2Phone to upload mp3s to phone. Cingular called SE on my behalf, and SE rep figured I'd uploaded an encrypted file to the phone (huh?!?) Replacement phone on the way. Every now and then, I could make main screen appear, and could press Menu key.. but screen would turn white again.
