I downloaded a program called nch wavepad. You can get it from morpheus, limewire, kazaa, pretty much any p2p. You can use it to edit and convert any mp3 you want into a ringer. I have a 5600 and the ringers on mine are in .m4a (mp4) format, not sure what yours will use. Probably either .m4a or .aac. Once you have the file edited and converted, use one of the many free uploaders to send it to your phone. I use Gtoal uploader and funformobile for all of my uploads. When you convert them, make sure you change the file from stereo to mono, it will cut the file size down dramatically. You can also convert the files at 50% quality to save space and they will still sound really good. Let me know if you have any other ?'s. Hope this helps.

the 8200 only supports the .qcp format ringtone. the quality you hear from the tones you have downloaded from sprint will be no different than tones you create. .qcp is a crappy format...

yeah qcp sucks. I'm glad my phone supports m4a.
