I got a brand new 903SH, from waht I know its a jap phone with euro firmware, but my keys do not light up, the entire keybad does not light up. Does anyone know how I can turn them on. Pain in the butt when you're driving at night and searching for hte buttons.

search first before asking. You got a Test/Beta unlock Japan Firmware, not Euro. There are many problems with the unlocking process, like what you are experiencing. Just do a search to see all the problems. To fix your problems every time the phone is power off, when you turn it on you must go into display settings and reset the backlight timer to turn lights on for keypad. you must also reset the ringer properties to normal to have it ring. In order to avoid these problems have your phone flashed with new firmware.

yah. just go into display settings. and turn on back light to 10 secs. it will appear. until then.. try to find a local unlocker.. or u can find a guy elsewhere if you don't have a local guy doing it.

Sick, thanks guys works perfect. I'm just wondering you guys talk about turning the phone on, i'm used to never turning the phone off. Should I turn off this phone every night or everytime I charge?

nah that's not really needed, they are just saying that if your phone happens to die before you have time to charge it or you accidently press the power on/off button, you will have to repeat the process over again

Alright thanks. I want to get the voicemail working, I don't care so much for the MP3 ringtones, I can just convert it to M4A so I guess I should get a firmware upgrade or something.
