Dismount or unscrew Nokia 8800

I have a new 8800 wich makes an horrible noice when vibrating.
I would like to unscrew it.
I know that I have to be verry carefully doing that for the waranty... And I will...
Does anybody did it before?

Download nokia service manual for nokia 8800 at bittorrent (it's a PDF file)
If you disassemble the phone a lot of parts have to be exchanged because they are not useable anymore.
If you read the manual you will really appreciate the price of the nokia 8800.
It's a very complicated and unique system, not like a nokia 6230i with a metal front and back cover, it's totally different !
