which asian rom to upgrade to?

Hey guys,

I want to upgrade my 0.343 AT&T something significantly better, and I noticed the asian ROMs have WMP10 which might be something a little more interesting.

Which one should I go for? 3.45 or 3.46? IS there any other ROMs I should also consider?

How stable is it? My ROM is currently quite stable, nothing really wrong with it except stupid sound volume.

Will I need to do a ton of modding to get it stable? I don't mind setting a few reg keys and changing around a few settings...

I've noticed once or twice my MPx220 seemed to disconnect itself from the USB cable while it was synced. Say it was to happen while in the middle of updating, would that mean my phone is hosed or could i just flash again?

I've been using 3.45 for months now and its running well (it has WMP10)

I'm assuming you loose all your settings / cingular web configurations. Is there an easy way to backup then restore these settings?
