Setting up vs7 for t-mobile in US

I'm in US and my service provider is t-mobile. I just got my vs7 but I have few problems. I can send and receive sms but can't send or receive mms. And also I need to know how to set up this phone for t-zone. Please somebody help!! Thanks.
