MSPOUTLOOK calendar error

When I try to launch the calender app from the homescreen or from the start menu I get the following error message:
"Can't find ':MSPOUTLOOK' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available"
Has anyone seen this error screen before?
