mpx220 memory storage

I have a mpx220 with 3.46 on it. I keep getting errors saying that my sim memory is full. I checked and I have 30mb left in phone mem. Is there a way I can get everything like contacts and ringtones to save to the phone's memory instead? I can't find an option for it anywhere.

Out of curiosity, how many contacts are we talking about here?
[Oh, about contact management, on my 5600 I have "SIM Manager" under my Accessories folder - maybe you have the same on your mpx220?]

There's not that many contacts. Maybe 100 or so. But EVERYTHING seems to be saving there. Including rintones, txts, etc.
