hey whats up.. i was following abomination's guide to e398 to ROKR.. and i follow has exact instructions.. and now my e398 is dead.. it wont even go into bootloader mode.. can someone help me..

press * # end key(power), and you should in to the bootloader screen, and you can flash E398 back up file. good luck man.

i tryed doing that..i cant even get into BL mode.. do u think my pds file is messed up?

Please state you failed after which step, or else non of us here know how to help.

If you failed after hacking/activating Itunes PDS (you make the PDS and flashed. After flash cannot start) then try force boot method if MFF cannot detect your phone. If can detect then flash it back with the unhack PDS.

ok after i followed abomination's guide.. then the phone wouldn't start up so i went back here to look at the dead phone forum.. so then it said flash it with a monster pack.. so i flashed it with the v398 flash and forget it on the e398essentials website.. so now my phone is just goes into BL mode..so now i go back on the forums.. i found sho3y's i398 converstion.. so i found that abomination forgot like 1 step.. in sho3y's files i downloaded it say to back up something with a flash backup program so instead backing up i wrote over it with another .bin file by accident.. thats where im stuck..

and read about force boot method.

After force boot, flash it with your last workable backup or any workable MP. Make sure you do not flash it with flashbackup for those 42R/43R/44R/45R's MP.

i cant force it to boot.. now what do i do..

Have you tried connecting your cable with P2k is on. If p2k reads your phone, then it's not that bad. You just need to restore it with flashbackup or flash it again. Sometimes you have to ignore some steps and come up with your own common sense.

Keep doing force boot for 3-5 times

One simple basic question? Does your phone still got battery?

Secondly...after you press *+#+ON for 10 seconds...and then connect to MFF do you see anything?

Lastly, I do think you are doin there force boot right. The fullbackup should not kill you bootloader (I think) and I quite sure you still can go into force boot.

Again..please check your battery.

i got it to go to bootloader mode now with the help aze2learn.. he sent me some stuff and i used ramldr to revive it.. im gonna try to flash as soon as i get my battery charged.. hope fully it works..
