Voice controlled text input for smartphones?

I have searched the forums with no luck so forgive me if this has been discussed before.

Is there an application for MS smartphones that allows for voice controlled text input (not voice command for lauching apps/contacts)?

I love using my Mpx220 to access mobile websites like google/msn/yahoo, but i am not the best T9 user and now that i'm considering the 2125, my guess is typing on those little keys will be even harder. I would love to have an app running in the background and be able to go to google local, click of the search box and speak "pizza 73142" and search for local pizza places without having to type very much. Or I could use it to enter notes in outlook or write text messages. The voice recognition of my Mpx220 is very good for the few commands that it uses and I was hoping a program is out there that can take it a step further to make it that killer app that would make smartphones significantly easier to use to its full potential.

Anything out there?

Afraid there isn't. What you seek could be considered the holy grail of phone input methods. It'll be available someday no doubt, but not quite yet.
