Turns off all radio-based communication features on the phone (BT, GSM)

Voicemail Line 2 Available;89;1
The name should explain it. Shouldn't matter to you unless you have two lines on your SIM.

Speaker Call to End on Flip Close;8A;2
The name should say it all....you can't have a conference call w/ the flip closed (cuz that'll end the call)

Firstly Greetings from Perth Australia all

i've been lurking awhile since buying a moto v3 razr *black* and played round successfully with a few settings

Couple of n00b q's though

Found a seem - line secure - what does this enable? i doubt in AU we can utilise it but it sounds cool

Also i read a lot about firmware mods and the like - are there any other aussies on the board who can give me a hand with regards to which flex's / monster packs etc are worth testing?

what seem # is this 0032?

these are from MotoModders Functions Database Version 1.6
it's a bunch of seem edits you can toggle in the 0032 0001 seem. i just can't figure out what the ones listed at the end of the file do...like what are the acronyms? boac boic etc......
