when is the release date on the ampd jet and will there be prepaid services someone help if u guys find a site with information about ampd please post i was looking forward to getting it for christmas so i hope it comes out on time

Ampd is not supposed to become available until Jan 1st

AMP'd is going to launch December 15th.. Not January 1st.

Does anyone know if it will work in Maine? Verizon doesnt work in my area so will Amp'd?
and is it pre-paid?

No, because Amp'd uses Verizon's network. I think Amp'd is overrated.
