Prob. after ROM update

Friends,
I update to a new ROM.
NOW, how can I go back at the ActiveSync to the OLD phone name .
Each time when connecting the phone, the ActiveSync is writing "GUEST"
You know, all my applications are under the old name and I would like that the ActiveSync will "install" all back, instead of doing all, One By One.
