okay i dont know what happened but i flashed my razr branded to cingular with motox's
R374_G_0E.42.0ER_PDS005_LP0003_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E _V3_01_0AR_SE8617MXXF1126_1FF.shx
after setting my websessions and such .. and loading the browser.. it doesnt allow me to choose link options.. anyone know what seem would fix this .. thanks

Looks like you used a monster pack...that is not cingular branded....
You may need to do an OTA for your web session...
