Software apps for use with CDMA phones...

I have been trying a bunch of software apps made for acessing Motorola phones, and most of thm don't seem to work at all or fully functioning on CDMA phones. I am most interested in getting something that has FULL access to the filesystem including hidden files and such, but it seems BITPIM is limited... and that P2kMAN would be best for the job, but I can't get it to work.
Has anyone had any success getting p2kman to work on a CDMA phone... or have suggestions on another app that may work better than bitpim??
