MPx220 acting up... help... =/

my mpx220 for the past few days has been acting very weird.. im wondering if somthings wrong with it.. The outside time (outer led) doesnt update unless you open the phone and open a menu or somthing and close it.. then it updates.. and lately the battery fully dies after 4-5 hours of no use at ALL... any ideas on what this could be? if its somthing serious im probably just going to buy that Samsung PTT phone and smash the mpx but i hope it could be somthing easy or somthing not majorly wrong

I can't tell you exactly what's wrong but I had some weirdness a few weeks back with the battery seeming like it wasn't charging and always being low (and I remember also that the cover screen seemed frozen occasionally). Power cycling and actually letting the phone go dead (not intentionally for me) and then recharging it fully before use seems to have resolved everything and it's better than ever now. Maybe give that a shot and possibly also a hard reset if it comes to that.
