Thanks penpower.

Just got my 903SH last night the setting works fine except for the MMS part. My tzone works and I can goto wap pages but MMS always fail. Not sure if this is plan related issues I do have the $19.99 plan in my account. I have triple checked my MMS setting and it is correct any idea?

Posted by: ylun

I reset the phone and reenter everything again still have the same problem I can go to wap but can't send MMS. I even tried the tmoible setting link however when after I received the setting I can't activate it on the phone.

Posted by: DjTraNcEFoRmeD

Uhh, on the Euro firmware, it asks me to contract WAP or internet or what not in part of the internet settings. What should I do?

Posted by: ylun

Hey penpower I want to know are you able to send MMS? If so do you have any data plan for you t-mobile account??

Posted by: Timsta

steve. create new profiles in wap and internet. wooo.. 2000th post

Posted by: ylun

what do you mean by create new profile? I did create new profile with these settings.

Posted by: Timsta

did you set the profile too after creating? you gotta make sure checkmark is beside the new profile u made.

Posted by: ylun

Yes I did there is a check mark on the wap and MMS profile.

Posted by: DjTraNcEFoRmeD

nope, still not working for me

Posted by: cewong2

I have the problem that the phone can't receive MMS messages, it's able to send just won't receive, everything else works though. Tried sending an MMS email thorugh the phone with Japanese to another phone in Japan, and it came out with question marks. I guess that doesn't work on Tmobile

Posted by: ylun

I can receive MMS but just can't send it SMS and wap works fine. I guess I will call tmobile up tomorrow.

Posted by: DjTraNcEFoRmeD

Hmm, do you have a UK firmware 903 ylun? If so, can you tell me what settings you have down? Thanks!

Posted by: ylun

i have the TW firmware 903. I have the above setting and the second setting from the FAQ thread.

Posted by: nwcell

I have tried this setting and still say can't connect to internet? any other method?

Posted by: ylun

Just contact T-mobile they might be able to help you. I read from a post that T-moible have a department that help people with phones that are not sold by t-mobile.

Posted by: DjTraNcEFoRmeD

They do? Wow, it would have been much easier if I knew that, since when I called them, the person I was talking to said she couldn't help me because they weren't familiar with my phone. However, after that, I took it upon myself to figure it out and it works now.

if u have the taiwan firmware try master resetting the phone before entering the settings

Has anyone ever tried sending and receiving a video msg w/T-Mobile MMS? I've been having problems w/receiving. Sending is no problem.

Has anyone been able to get T-Mobile internet working though applications? The WAP browser works well, but it would be great to use Google Local...

Yes Google Local mobile works with mine. Just selest Sharp TM150 as your phone. But I think it needs a data plan, i only have tzones. I just use Google Local HTML.

Posted by: dimension6

Oh okay...I assumed it required a premium internet plan (I also have just been using T-Zones, which works very well).

for the people using these settings that said they could recieve mms but not send- has anyone solved this problem yet? I am using a jap 902sh with sx813 firmware on T-mobile, and I'm having the same problem. I had another phone with the same specs that died recently, and both wap and mms (both send and recieve) were working fine... I didn't remember the settings, so I came here to check- but with these settings for some reason I keep getting an error when trying to send mms messages... everything else works fine though.

Posted by: ryoaska1

oh... the settings on this thread also give the address "http://216.155.174.84/servelts/mms", which (from the t-mobile configurator) looks like it should be "http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms". I was wondering about that when I entered the settings originally because I thought it should be 'servlets', but since I was able to recieve mms messages I thought servelts must have been correct...weird. Unfortunately I'm at work right now and my phone battery just ran out, but I'll see if that fixes the problem when I get home.
