I tried to follow the sticky guide on how to make video clips for the 8940 and I must be doing something wrong.The clips show up but they just have a red X and say unable to play clip.If I follwed the instructions what else might I be doing wrong?

Ok heres the deal. I have been trying to transfer vidoes all day and i finally got 2 on. But it seems like for every 20 times i transfer the video 1 works. Any one know why? And suggestions. Please some one.

first off is it an wmv
and secondly did you reformat it to the right size
if both so it should work perfectly

because i have like three dave chapelle clips
and a mean drift video

Yes i made sure of those 2 things. I got one video to work. But when i rename it and put it on it still does not work. Its like 1 out of every 20 i put on work. Thanks for the reply tho! any other idea? Im thinking the codec.
