Sprint Treo650 Rom Update?

I checked the Palm webpage for updates to the treo software. It says that if I have V 1.12 spcs then I need the updater. When I check my phone it says that I have V 1.12 spnt. Is there a difference in the software with the different letters at the end or is it just the number 1.12 thats important?
