flashin 8390 keypad??

any1 know how to put the flashin keypad in? my friend putted in for meh! i fink i hated the keypads that came wif the face plate she also gave meh so I tooked it apart and then changed keypads.. and when i putted it back together.. it won't TURN ON..er..
so I was piss so I took flashin keypad thing outta the battery and the fone turns on! when i try to put the flashin back in, fone won't turn on! but when i hold hte keybad and the battery together.. the lights start to flash.. err...... and i try to put it in again it won't turn on... ERR....
