3 Keys Are Burnt Out!!??

On my Treo 650 that i bought from the refurbished online deal.
The GREEN CALL BUTTON/CALENDER/HOME KEY
were dim when i first got it. but now they are completely burnt out.
How hard is this is fix..is it hard for someone who has close to none of an idea on how to fix this. Or how do I? Is it even possible to fix?
Like always, ANY help you can give me i'd appreciate it.

If it's still under warranty call CS and see if you can send it back for repair or exchange.
