Panasonic RMA for VS2?

Where can I get the info for RMA'ing this phone? The IRDA is malfunctioning after I bought it.. Is there someone preferrably in Canada that I can send it, or the USA for that matter? I'd like to send it out if I can.. I hope its not an Asia supported phone only. Thanks and let me know

if u know a software names "phonetool", u can then repair it by yourself:
under EEPROM editor, under eep_static -> sio_config, change the eep_static.sio_config.variant to "1"

phonetool is the development/calibration software using by Panasonic from DWS.
you need the vs series usb cable.
