X800 Reception Problem

I've had my X800 for about 1 1/2 weeks. I'm loving the phone. But a couple of days ago I started losing reception every once in a while. It never happens at my house. But when I go to school it'll be fine and then I'll make a call and it will completely lose service. I restart the phone and sometimes it will work fine and other times it won't pick the service back up. Even when I restart and it works fine, it only lasts for one or two phone calls and then it loses reception. The phone was working fine with full reception throughout the whole school before. It's not just school. If I'm not at my house, this phone is not working like it should. Thanks in advance for any help.

where do you live at?? More specifically postal codes. This will help us to figure out what your problem is.
