My wife is on her 2nd Treo 650 in the last 3 months and both phones are hjaving the same problem where none of the keypad buttons work. The touch screen works, but not the keypad. When she takes out the battery, it works for the 1st call and then no keypad. Warranty is sending her a 3rd one today, but has anyone else witnessed this problem?

I currently have this problem.

Cingular has sent me 3 refurbished phones; 2 didn't work and the 3rd had a bad scratch on the screen.

I'm awaiting another replacement.
