i am having a problem with some of my blackberry 7100 batteries and was wondering if anyone here could tell me about it.

basically, these are original BB 7100 batteries. the new one, supposedly for the nextel 7100i, is blue and labeled C-S2. the old black one is C-S1. but they seem identical. so why won't the old one work in the 7100i?

basically, does anyone know if the new battery will work in the old batteries and why they had to make a new one for the 7100i?

Don't know about using the C-S2 in older 7100's but the 7100i and the 8700c can only use the C-S2.
