Christmas gift

A friend of mine is looking for a christmas goft for her friend. She is looking at an open box unit from palm and wants to spend about $150. She eventually will want wifi. Between the Zire SE72 and the E2, which is the best buy? I know she will want to play music, so if she uses the slot for her wifi card, then she has no other options to store music right?
She really wanted a pocket pc, but the price was too steep for a used one, so we are going to plan B, which is the palm device. Plus if you sign up for an audible plan, you get $100 off, which she was going to do anyway for the books.
