Help with the cdm-8900

after i set the proxies for my 8900 and i exit the menu i cant seem to find the host config menu anywhere, do i need to update my phone or am i looking in the wrong place

i cant get to host config or the auth ip basicly cant get past step 4
if sum1 knows how to do this please help with siple steps because im not that fimiliar with cell phones n how they work inside
