i use magix audio cleaning lab 2005 (when in windows) for everything that has to do with sound altering. it is a great program and will record from anytihng playing on your computers sound card. i use it to make ringers out of everything from my dvd collection to streaming audio from the web. it takes a minute to learn what you are doing but well worth it. it will also normalize sound volume and even let you increase it. hope that helps |

Might be a stupid question, but this program simply re-records what you tell it to, while it's playing, and then saves it as an .mp3, right? Would you mind a few questions about using it if I can't seem to figure it out? Thanks Donny |

Will it allow me to turn four large .wma's into maybe 10 or 20 .mp3's, or will I have to stick to just four parts? Any settings you could give, or general guidelines would help. Thanks Donny |

Basically you need to put them in the phones memory and use the guide found in the sticky lol. Read all it about 5 times it will make sense and then follow it. ![]() |

I recently added new ringtones to my ringtone folder on my lg vx 9800 using bitpim and a data cable. They were mp3 files...relatively small (around 100kb)...when I downloaded them to the phone through bitpim the phone powercycled then shutdown alltogether. Now every time I try to acces my ringtone folder the phone powercycles or shuts off. What do I need to do to fix this? |

this is the first time since i got it and i thought i could fix it, but I can't seem to figure it out. Well here's what happen, I successfully uploaded like 10 ringtones. No problem there. But last night, I uploaded one more, successful again. But i didn't like how the name got cut off, so i went back to bitpim and renamed the file, but i think my problem occurred when I renamed the song without it saying ".mp3" in the end. Now i try uploading it and once i do, i go check it on my phone and it shuts down right away. It's pissing me off. And also, i can't get the ringtone data transfer from my phone to my computer. Is it my phone thats gone wrong or bitpim? Please help!!! thank you
