Hello,

I was playing around with my phone and went to the call forwarding option. I never entered a number, but rather just did a check status. Now whenever I get calls, it no longer says reject on the right softkey, but rather CallFwd. I went to the clear status and it says that "option not available at present time" but when I go to status check it says forward for voice calls. When looking into the options, no boxes are checked leading me to wonder where is this forwarding to.

Why am I not able to delete the forward?

Have you tried selecting the "clear all" in call forward menu 71.
The actual settings for call forward are not stored in the phone, they are stored in the network. The phone just sends a messge to the system to store them. You may have to contact 611 & get them to clear the network, maybe it's stuck.
