Ok, I found ALLOT of Dali (thankfully). I tried my best to keep the original work represented here but due to size and bad images I had to do some editing. I hope you like em. I also note they are completly different than the norm wallpapers but thos Dali fans will want em I am sure.

First of all you have to understand that its not just panasonic phone users grabbing wallpapers from this site. Theres a bunch of phones out with 240x320 QVGA wallpapers who are checking out this site: Panasonic, Samsung, Nokia, Sharp owners. Plus depending on wether its a GSM or CDMA phones, branded or not, unlocked or not, ppl are getting images on their phones different ways, by bluetooth transfer, USB cable transfer, uploading images to a wap uploader site or using their wap browsers to download the images directly.

You kind of need to specify what phone/model/service provider/network you have for someone to give you any useful info, not 'how do i get this on a phone that nobody knows anything about and i am going to let them guess at it?'.

Maybe u can use a USB cable to upload them. Samsung comes with PC Studio 3.0..so I use that program to upload mp3, photo...also can download them too. Look what you got..or perhaps Panasonic users will help you out. Good Luck...

Honestly no, because the animated wallpaper only uses power when the display is active, so if its not on for very long, it doesn't consume much more power than a still wallpaper. This issue has been discussed many times on the Samsung D500 threads. Nobody has been able to objectively prove in a scientifically controlled study that the use of an animated wallpaper shortens battery life of the phone to any siginificant degree. Now this may not apply to the Panasonic phones, but i bet it is the same thing.

The wallpapers are pretty good from the beginning and near the end.. the middle kind of got bland. The samsung 240x320 wallpaper thread also have some wallpapers if you haven't tried that out yet. It's a sticky in the samsung topic so it shouldn't hard to find. As for Bleach.. here are some I just made:
