December 23 our busiest day so far this entire year and OPUS died! It was soooo... stressful.

Oh well nothing a few drinks and wrapping a bunch of gifts won't cure.

I know...frikkin' retarded!!! But is anyone surprised, its Cingular! Opus is cool....sometimes but it reminds me of Siebel. Just goes down randomly. Your right techren, very stressful! By the way, I thought that we couldn't say Merry Christmas? I thought it was Happy Holidays!

2nd time this week for us also, it went down right before a visit from our Area and Reg manager made a visit. We were doing receipts and contacts by hand but it was taking too long, customers were very put off, tough day, hope it is working tomorrow?

Remember, Opus runs on top of Care, so it's not Opus which is down, but Care.

NOT AGAIN!!! I can access OPUS but it won't do anything.

At this moment I have 3 hours and 10 minutes left of telling customers that there is not much i can do to help them out.

LOL Yeah it was probably busiest for us too in the mall. I was Corproate Blue before coming to indirect. We didn't have any problems with POS.com but I can't tell you how many times Sieble went down. Why can't they just use something simple like AXYS??? (I am not really looking for an answer to that question because I can figure out why they don't use AXYS any more but thanks)

It was crazy!!! I was so stressed..we ended up activating in telegence and doing manual recipts..people were leaving because it was so slow.

South Central's VP apologized for the system problems that were occurring in our market by saying things like this are just going to happen and they are working hard to update the system to make sure this doesn't happen again!

Personally I hate filling out manual receipts, but I will to get a sale! Now I won't do a manual reciept for a bill pay! Working in a kiosk SUCKS! You are the only person here to be customer service, sales rep, bill anylst, and more than anything I was hired in as a RSC not a CSR~! IT really is hard to keep up with quota when my kiosk is takes more payments than the direct big stores! I think we should not take payments in Kiosks all together! or don't mess with me about my quota!

I don't think the VPs around the nation were on the sales floor experiencing how frustrated RSCs and customers were! But we always get a nice little note! Heck our mgrs in the kiosks had the day off! I wanted to be home with my family and I feel if I have to work they should be as well!
