E398 switch storage device problem

when i try to switch storage devices, it shows:
TRANS - Unformatted
Phone
i try to switch to TRANS but it says:
Storage device unreadable. Format now?
i try to format but it says:
Format failed. Try Again?
my flex: BG_ROKR_MP
S/W version: R373_G_0E.30.42R
i've tried different transflash cards but i can't seem to get it to work right.
