Is there a way to use a ringtone that i downloaded in to my media center,for what ever reason it wont go to ringtones on my phone only media center.

Gonna need to use a data cable with webjal to upload it to the phone into your ringtones.

no its already on his phone.

i think he means that he has in his phone but cant get it to be a ringtone. right?

if the file is .mp3 i dont think you can do it without a program. i dont know the program but i dont think wit the i870 you can set mp3s to ringtones for some reason, at least mine done let me do it?

how did you download it? if you did it with webjal and it is in the right format 48kbps or lower and 8000hz then it should work if it is on the transflash card you cannot make it a ringtone. there is a whole thread on this somewhere else. so far no one has been able to get a high quality mp3 to set as a ringtone.

Well i re-downloaded but this time i did it in wav instead of mp3,i found out after that mp3's will work but you need to use a program,i took the easy way out.

the mp3's have to be a certen format to be set as ringtones. Look up the i860s requirements. I used all my ringtones from my i860 that are mp3 and they work fine.
