How to change V3 Keypad?

I want to change to the Black V3 keypad, how does the keypad come off on the V3? Where can I get a Black Keypad?

What black V3 keypad? The keypads on the RAZRs are all the same...if you are looking at a picture and it looks black it is the lighting...they are all teh same acid etched keypads, except for the V3c keypad which has been changed with irridescent dividers between the keys...

So all the V3 keypads are silver? Some of the keypads look black in the pictures, must be the lighting.
