MPX220 Media Net problem

I've had an mpx220 for almost a year now, and used it almost exclusively for internet access. About 3 weeks ago, it quit accessing the internet. Cingular says it's not the settings or the network, and I believed it because swapping my sim with one from a v400 allowed me to access on the v400 with either sim but not on the mpx220 with either sim.
xbm sent me a refurb mpx220, but when I put my sim in it I got the same problem. ver all the settings, everything is correct. I've been escalated to tier 2, tier 3 data support, and to network engineering but they just closed the case because it shows usage. Each time I've tried to get online with it recently it just sits there saying connecting, occasionally saying finding site then switcing back to connecting, and is running up the usage.
Any ideas?

Nope, tried hard reset. Same problem for any kind of site. All settings on the phone have been confirmed 7 times.

im not saying it the settings what im trying to say is when you try to view a site click settings and see if its under wap or internet the option is right next to history and cookies

I dont have history and the only place I have cookies is a check box that says allow cookies under options>general.
Here are my menu options in the browser while looking at favorites:
1 Address Bar
2 Add Favorite
3 Add Folder
4 Edit (when selected can change the name of the site, the url, and the folder)
5 Delete
6 Options
While trying to load a page I have:
1 Address Bar
2 Stop
3 Add Favorites
4 Favorites
5 Layout (lets you set columns)
6 Properties
7 Options
Properties is a little interesting it shows all blank no name, url, type protocol and 0 bytes.
Also I've tried streaming tv over the internet from my pc, that used to work but doesnt now either. The phones address doesnt show up in wme either.

new data: it works fine in palm coast, about 75 miles away but still doesnt work here in ocala. I think it has to be network.
