mpx 220 companion cd

just got my mpx 220 with the companion cd in chinese.
is there a way to change it to english, and if not, what do i do in order to get the things that i need on that disk?

The only thing on the cd is microsoft outlook and activesync. I assume you have outlook on your computer already, here is where you can download activesync 4.0
