v360 Bluetooth issues

Hi. I'm using a v360 and having a few Bluetooth problems:
1) I tried using a Nokia phone to transfer a file to my phone but it didn't work (tried from the memory card and the phone memory). My phone asked whether I wanted to accept the file, then immediately returned to the Home screen and the other phone will display a sending failed message.
2) I can't transfer a file in my memory card to another phone (can only transfer files which are in my phone memory...is this normal?)
The manual is not that helpful I'm afraid, so appreciate any advice. Thanks

Have you changed your location settings to default to your transflash instead of your phone?
