Hello guys just as the title suggest, I am looking to flash my razr with a language pack with traditional chinese. I did some research and found many different explantion. So I was wondering if you ugy s can help me out on getting the best one out!

Which Motorola PST do I need? 7.11?? 6.7?? And do I need patches? If someone with an razr can provide a link for me that would be great!!

Which language pack is the best? I looked at the www.motox.us and they have a regular language pack and a Monsterflex language pack? Which one is better?

Track down RSD Lite via google...newer version the better.

Use the LP's from motox.us ....not Monsterpacks for flexes with LP's....

hello and thanks for the quick reply! I have sucessfully flashed the firmware inot the newest one. However, whenever i tried to flash a LP or a MotoxLP it always fails. Funny thing though, after several failure, i decided to turn on the phone to see what is on it now. Bam! English and Traditional Chinese! hah I guess it worked out good. But I do have a few bugs.. I dont know if I flashed it incorrectly or need to change something. But I noticed that whenever I turn off and on the phone, it gives me "flex-error phone locked" message as my greet message. The actual phone is 100% unlocked but its just the greeting message that doesn't seem to go away. Second major bug is that I cannot view my phonebook when I am in the chinese mode?!! I can do everything 100% when I am in english, but if I have the chinese as the menu, I cant access phone book? Help again please!! Thanks

Hey guys I think I have just done something stupid and maybe yall can rescue me once again!

So I was going to add some ringtone to the phone itself. So while I was waiting for the Mobile phon tool to download, I thought to myself, why not use the P2K manager to do it. So I uploaded 2 mp3 ringtones onto the phone. It did show up and played fine but it was in all symbols and character as opposed to traditional chinese. So I thought maybe I should change the attribute to 0044 instead of 0000? (I think thats what screwed up the phone) after I restarted the phone it still didn't work so I deleted the 2 files and restarted the phone again. Now whenever I am trying to access the internal memory of the phone it just tell me please wait forever and never gets to the stuff I need. Not just ringtone, but phonebook, settings.. anything!! AHh please help me~

Snag motokit and use the ringer detail fix option to see if that sorts it out...

Oh by the way the ringtone is not my main concern. It is the fact that now everytime I try to click on something that access the memory such as ringtone, settings, phone book in the phone it gives me a "Please Wait..." prompt but nothing ever shows up. Thanks again!

Install and change language to english ..unless you can read it..

Click "fix ringtone detail" ... then launch...

It will confirm if you want to back up your seems...

Complete that task and reboot your phone...

Hello once again, after a careful look at my steps, I concluded that the reason is that the fact that I uploaded seem into the phone with a different language pack. I have went ahead and solved the problem. Thanks and have a happy new years yall.

I'm trying to install a language pack myself onto my RazrV3. I've searched all through this forum on how to get this file onto my phone and installed. Can someone help me by providing the steps to do so?

Here is what I have done so far:
- I've downloaded the language pack (*.rar)
- I've used winrar to unzip the file into a *.shx file.

I don't know what to do next to install this file onto my phone. I've not very technical with phone modding.

Flash the .shx file to your phone and the LP is on there...

if I may add to steve's comment. When I flashed the LPs onto my razr, everytime it says FAIL. But when I actually restart the phone, the LP is on there 100% So don't be scared when it says FAIL.

Hey steve sorry to be asking so many questions but it seems like the problem doesn't stop! -_- My phone went out of battery and died today and I didn't change the battery till like 20 minutes ago. Everything powers up normally, picture showing and such. But i am back to that "please wait" screen everytime I want to access something? Is this a bug? Please help~
