Cannot access any url with this phone...Cingular been working on it all week...they have been extremely cooperative in trying to find a solution but at the end of the process, Motorola and Cingular are pointing fingers at one another...They tried with a number of Razr's in their offices and cannot get the option to work..yet they advertised it as a benefit...anyone else have any thoughts on this???? I feel sure Cing would love to hear from you

I have been talking to Cingular all week about this as well. I bought my phone a week ago and the go-to url has not worked since day 2. Cingular has no idea what is wrong. Though today I flashed my phone with the latest flash and everything works fine again.

I used the "opera Mini" download for mobile phones and it works like a charm...faster browsing...excellent program...

oh ya i have had this problem to...what i found is that you have to go into settings>web access>goto url. For it to work but it wont work for me if i just open up the internet and hit the menu button then say goto url it just list the site obove cingulars homepage but dosnt move..

real easy solution...create book marks for your fav pages then create a shortcut to bookmarks and assign it a number or voice command. then you never have to start the browser at the cingular page or any home page or have to go all the way into settings to get the the url option.
