Hi guys im thinking of switching over to cingular from verizon and i want to get the Motorola Razr, so im just wondering if its possible with the Razr to put games and ringtones, etc on the phone using a data cable. if so where can i buy the cable, and how much is it? also what software should i use, lastly what phones do u guys recommend thank u

With the razr you can transfer mp3 files to set as ringtones through blue tooth or the regular mini usb cable. Games will be difficult to find and do not ask for them on here. If you really need a game your best bet would be to just suck it up and buy it or do a search on google and hope for the best. If your looking into phones just do a little bit of research and go with a phone that has the features you want and gets good reception. I have the razr and love it, after a flash from www.motox.us, to improve memory, menu speed, reception, and camera quality. You can always use mobile phone tools MPT to transfer ringtones or simply use the program that came with your computer(if blue tooth enabled) or blue tooth adaptor. Good luck and enjoy being able to use blue tooth to its full intent.

ok thankss, so how much does the cable cost? and also i have some Java games on my computer! does the Razr take the .JAD or .JAR game?, im basically looking for a phone where i can customize it a lot and it has lots of cool features (like speakerphone, free games, ringtones,etc, large screen) thanks for the help and is the Razr the best phone cingular has?
