Yeah, my parents bought me the new black cingular razr for Christmas, and I'm having some issues:

1. Can send email, can't recieve. Everytime I try to see my recieved messages, an error message pops up saying "incorrect user ID/password". What do I use as my user ID? or my password? If I'm just supposed to make them up, I'm screwed because I did that and it didn't work.

2. Can't send pictures in a text message. I insert them into a multimedia message like it says to do, but they always wind up not transferring. They never send.

3. I can't connect to my account, Cingular Mall, or shop tunes. I want to get some awesome ringtones for my phone (i.e. Pantera, Lamb of God, etc...), but I can't connect to the server.
