I recently got Rokr E1 cuz my contract just ended. I heard that Rokr E2 will be released in the first quarter of 2006. Should I sell my E1 and wait till the E2 comes out so I can buy it?

well in my opinion, depending on what phone you have now is the main thing
if you are pleased and satisfied with your phone that you will be using if you sell the rokr then do it, if not then keep the rokr and just sell the rokr when the e2 does come out
the only thing is that with cingular you never really know when a phone is going to come out....it could be another year, so the main thing is to have a phone now that you should be satisfied with to prepare you to wait for another few months-year.
i mean realistically, if you sell the rokr now, you're going to spend that money so technically you wouldn't be using the money you sold the rokr E1 for the E2

not 1Q for cingular

Im in an awkward situation. My cingular contract expires on the 4th of next month and no new phones are coming out. If I stick w/ cingular I would have to pay more to get a decent phone and if I move to tmobile ill have to pay less for the same phone. Thats the deal w/ the cell store I've been going to. But anyway my cell phone store guy gave me european unlocked E1 and hes going to activate my tmobile contract on the 31st of this month and cingular contract on the 4th will be cancelled. So right now I have a E1 which ive used for about 2 days and my contract w/ tmobile didnt start yet. I might call my cell phone store and try to return the E1 and revoke the tmobile papers I signed. If not I will try to sell my E1. I was really looking for a phone with a megapixel camera and a mp3 player for under 75 for tmobile w/ a new contract ..
