Baud rate error?

I try to make my own wav, and it works but whe ni try to load it to my phone, i get an error saying that the baud rate needs to be like 19200 or something like that. when i look in preferences, that is what it is set at. can somebody please help me? i have the i710

After you cut the wav down to size, convert it again to wav format.

oh ok, so i have to convert it again? i either misread it earlier the one that came with my cd, or it isnt there. but thank you, hopefully it works. I will let yall know later 2day hopefully
