P910i SyncStation can't connect, but P900 could

I couldn't get my P910i to connect to PC.
I reinstall etc etc.. so I grab my P900 out and put it on and it CONNECT within seconds. I formated my P910i and it still wouldn't connect.
What could be wrong?
One thing to keep note of is that when I go to Service Menu, there's no BLUETOOTH software and there will always be a FOLDER NOT FOUND popping out when I am using the phone.
