RAZR V3 - Keypad Not Working (Only End Call/Off)

Well, I was skiing and had my RAZR in my pants pocket. I took it out to make a call probably once. A few flakes got on the outside, but nothing on the inside. I pulled it out once I got home and it was pretty cold. I turned it on and the display works perfectly, but none of my keys work at all. All I can do is turn it off. I can't look at text messages, answer calls, anything. Any suggestions or thoughts of what might have happened and how it might be able to fixed? Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem with my phone. I dont know what happened, i was able to send text messages and everything but a few minutes later everything stopped working except the end calls button. If anybody knows anything please help would be highly appreciated.

Don't know exactly a fix but I had my keypad only partially working and I had to take the front part of the flip off (only the four screws under the rubber pieces) and the flex ribbon that connects near the camera I just cleaned with rubbing alcohol and let it dry and it fired right back up and started working with all the keys working....any question I would be happy to answer them. But you might want to try that and see if that helps...mine just stopped working too and it seems like it just had alittle bit of build up or something and caused it to stop working...
