I have a w800i unlocked, but it doesnt work on Cingular in some aread where they have 850Mhz GSM. Are there a way to make it quadband?

no it's a hardware requirement
otherwise everyone would add quadband

Now with introduction of the w810, has "quadband-ing" a w800/k750 become more feasible at all?
