I got hte sharp 903sh today. it is a great looking phone but IT WONT LET ME DO ANYTHING. i dont hv a simcard but i think i still shoulbe able to access to the features like mp3 player! help

using telus currently. so had to get a simcard which is probably in few days. Can any of you try if your mp3 or other functions work without the simcard? please =D

All GSM phone requires you to have a SIM card before letting you do anything. Sharp 903 is no different. Try to get an expired SIM card and you should be okay~

got a dummy simcard works out perfectly now i got bluetooth problem =( it wont let me connect to the computer says device cannot be find or something while my bluetooth mouse is working perfectly

Oh bluetooth is fun. It's hit or miss really. Just keep trying, fooling with settings. There's really no set way of getting it working right.

i think either your phone is busted or you are retarded. however, i believe the latter to be true. ur not even with a GSM provider, yet you buy the phone to use it as a camera. it's a phone first! and of course you need a sim card to access the features. thirdly, all your other threads about internal error... get a freaking sim card (or better yet service from rogers or fido) then talk!

Actually you can use your phone without a simcard. Just turn it on with a simcard inside then select offline mode, turn off the phone and you can take the simcard out and still turn on the phone..

No you can't. I just tried that on my 903 and it still says Insert SIM Card in the middle of the standby screen, while all the menus are disabled.

I could have sworn that worked for me before, but yea I just tried it and it still says insert sim card
